A 6 month online experience for busy or stressed out souls who want to slow down, find balance, self compassion, inner calm & self discovery. Using my Serenity Pyramid Formula, we step into a state of serenity without leaving your home!

yoga

Discover yoga as a psycho-spiritual practice to connect to yourself deeply. I teach yoga as a tool for self care and healing. My mission is to showcase the true power of yoga from its ancient roots and to empower people to cultivate a home practice. I offer retreats & workshops alongside private programmes

My ‘re-awakening’ 6 month private experience is for spiritually curious women here to create ‘Heaven on Earth' using sacred self care to slow down, heal, find balance and embody their Divine & powerful self to make an impact in the world.

Soul DOULA™

A Soul Doula provides holistic, emotional & spiritual support to the dying and their loved ones as they transition.

I offer a certified & accredited Soul Doula™ 6 month training programme

for individuals and healthcare professionals to enhance the quality of end of life care.

Education

With a background in business & marketing I offer training and private sessions for other soul-led / heart-let / lightwokrker business owners.

1 day end of life TLC workshop

This award winning training was created by the Soul Midwives School to improve the standards of care at end of life. I am trained to teach this workshop to individuals caring for loved ones, thinking of training further, or healthcare workers CPD.
